I was made to feel so welcome and soon started attending the TRX classes too. There are no everyday generic classes here, it is all niche! The small friendly classes mean you soon get to know everyone and Sam is passionate about what she teaches which is very motivating! I also just bought an annual membership which is amazing value!

Sam is a great trainer, personable and motivational. She has fostered a great atmosphere at Zest, and her clients are all proud to be zesties!!
