Right, because your admin really deserves that when all they do is loop in circles about how they can't help you. Absolute awful company, I've now cancelled my gym of 3 and a half years from complete dissatisfaction with this awful company and having paid far too many lumps of admin fees. Disgusting. My pet insurance recently contacted me saying that they tried to take money from my account and it bounced and that they would try again a few times. How nice, no £40 fee just some helpful reminders. Wish I could give them 0 stars
- Mark Roberts Review added: 2018.01.20★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was told that I needed to provide 30 days notice that I wished to cancel my membership. I cancelled today and was told that my membership would run till the end of November. Clearly that is over 30 days. I was then told that I would be required to make a further payment of the full amount. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid the group completely!
