Within a week of putting our maisonette on the market we had viewings booked and we had agreed a sale within the month. Jane and the team were very professional but also very caring, we couldn't of felt more looked after. We had regular updates from them throughout the process and when we started having problems with our solicitor, Jane really went out of her way to help us out and get the exchange sorted by working around our uncooperative solicitor with us. The photographer they use is brilliant along with the brochure they make up of your property. ALL of that and at such a fantastic rate!! No pressure for you to use an in house solicitor unlike some of the big chain estate agents. I will be recommending them to everyone, even if they aren't selling their house!! They sold our house in Balcombe August 2017 and they were fantastic. In the chain of three houses, each with an estate agent and a solicitor, Flints were THE key in pushing the sale through. Without their daily communications, chasing up the details and negotiating the finer points, I firmly believe the chain would have collapsed. They are such nice people to deal with, they really care about their clients and are warm, professional and efficient.
