  Very bad experience with HAywards Heath FORD Dinnages. My work van got dropped to them by RAC and I was told they would try look the next day. For 2.5 weeks I tried calling them to find out what was wrong with it. NO ONE called me back at all! In that 2.5 weeks my Warranty also expired adding to my annoyance.When i eventually spoke to them they said it had finally been looked at and there was no problem and gave it back to me. EVERY time my guys go out in the van it is making a horrendous noise and likely getting worse. Haywards Heath have banned me from being a customer because apparently i lost my temper - not understanding how frustrating the whole situation was(I only told them they had worst customer services as they NEVER call back, I wished I had leased a van and wish I had had bought another Mercedes not Ford as Mercedes Customer services is much better - at least they call you back!) So all in all a VERY bad experience! They just do not call you back and their lines are always so busy you can never get through. Never had a problem with Worthing and Hove branches they have always been outstanding though and always called back even if lines were too busy!I have requested the recordings of my supposed angry phone call that got me banned!! They cannot produce ANY proof! Very frustrating!! A little over sensitive at being told their Customer service is rubbish!! :S If companies do not listen to customers then defo GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
  The only good thing going for Haywards Heath Dinnages it seems is they can put larger vehicles on their ramp - that is if you can at first get through to them to book it in.
